Customer's with link redundancy will be automatically failed over to alternate paths during the outage window, and will be automatically failed back to their primary path. In the event your service does not restore on completion of the planned event, please reset your CPE modem/NTU/router. If your service does not restore after a CPE equipment reset please contact our Support Team to investigate further. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
